Best Practices for History Review

Regular Check-ins

Weekly review:

  • Look at recent test
  • Compare to previous week
  • Note any significant changes

Monthly analysis:

  • Review full month's trend
  • Identify patterns
  • Adjust interventions as needed

Quarterly assessment:

  • Big picture view
  • Long-term trends
  • Goal setting for next quarter

Meaningful Interpretation

Focus on patterns, not individual tests:

  • One low score doesn't define a trend
  • Look for consistency over time
  • Consider external factors

Context matters:

  • Major life events affect scores
  • Illness temporarily changes metrics
  • Stress cycles are normal

Progress takes time:

  • Real changes show over weeks/months
  • Small improvements compound
  • Be patient with yourself
