Troubleshooting
Medication Not Appearing
Check:

- Are permissions granted?
- Is it hidden in Sunu?
- Pull to refresh the list
Solution:
- Add manually if not syncing
- Check Health app permissions
- View hidden records
- Restart the app
Duplicate Entries
Why it happens:
- Added manually and synced from Health
- Multiple sources in Health app
- Slightly different names
How to fix:
- Keep one version (preferably from Health)
- Hide or delete the duplicate
- Standardize naming in Health app
Cannot Edit Synced Record
This is expected behavior:
- Apple Health records are read-only in Sunu
- Protects data integrity
- Edit in Health app instead
Workaround:
- Hide the synced version
- Create a new manual entry
- Or edit in Health app and let it sync
🩺 Medical Safety
Always inform your healthcare providers about ALL medications and supplements you take, including over-the-counter drugs and herbal products. Many supplements can interact with medications or affect medical conditions. Your medication list in Sunu is a helpful reference but shouldn't replace professional medical guidance.
💡 Pro Tip
Take a screenshot of your medication list to keep in your phone's photos. In an emergency, medical personnel can quickly see what you're taking, even if you can't unlock your phone (using Medical ID feature in Health app).
