You can log a meal in several ways, giving you the flexibility to track your food no matter the situation.

The Primary Method: Using the Camera

The fastest way to start is by using the camera from the Home tab.

Step 1: From the Home tab, tap the floating Camera Button (📷)

Step 2: This opens the camera view where you can either take photos of your food or scan barcodes

Step 3: After capturing items, tap the arrow button (→)

Step 4: This takes you to an analysis screen where you can ask the AI questions or tap "Log this as a meal"

Starting a New Meal Log Manually

You can also start a new meal log directly from the History tab.

Step 1: Navigate to the History tab and select the Meals sub-tab

Step 2: Tap the plus icon (+) in the top right corner. This opens the Meal Logger screen.

Step 3: From here, you can add items using one of three methods by tapping the "+" button in the "Items" section:

📷 Take Photo or Scan

Opens the camera to take a new picture or scan a barcode.

🖼️ Choose from Library

Lets you select an existing photo of food from your device's photo library.

✍️ Add Manually

Step 4: After adding items, fill in the Meal Title, Type (e.g., Breakfast, Lunch), and Time, then tap "Save"

💡 Quick Tip
